- Have quality photos of your properties (ideally 2400x1600 and 5MB maximum)
- Have a payment gateway set up for your rentals in Smily (to enable you to take your payments as soon as the reservation is confirmed - according to your deposit/balance terms set up in Smily)

- Have up-to-date terms and conditions (for each property) and privacy policy (in the General Preferences of your Smily account)
- Have a French-language description of your properties (for the moment, properties are published on the French Veepee site only).
- Fill in the “Type of rental management = professional or non-professional” field in your Smily account so that the words “Professional (or non-professional) listing managed by your company name” appear on the pages of your properties on the Veepee OTA.
